Iris by Novamap produces indicators and decision support tools for property maintenance players, users of the Novamap platform.The application is based on actual operating data (asset visits, inventories, complaints, interventions, etc.) and associates them with a unified technical repository so as to allow comparison between several real estate holdings.Three types of indicators are proposed:- Condition of equipment- Technical complaints- Number, cost and time of interventionsFor each type of indicator, it allows an owner or manager to perform a benchmark:- of all or part of its assets compared to the entire Novamap panel- of some of its sites in relation to its overall heritage
